Job Description
1. Prepare and maintain QA Plan with help and close interaction with the project team.
2. Provide process facilitation to project teams throughout the entire development life cycle
3. Participate in work product reviews and provide inputs from process perspective
4. Conduct Process Compliance Checks/internal quality audits and report findings. Follow up for actions till effective closure
5. Data Collection & Analysis
6. Participate in defining processes to build the SafeNetâs Quality Management System
7. Maintain the Global QA Site
Candidate should have:
1. Know how of quality standards i.e. ISO 9001
2. Understanding of SDLC and related processes & metrics
3. Ability to conduct Internal Quality Audits with supervision
4. Performance-oriented, self-motivated, creative/analytical and good organizing ability
5. Good communication skills
